Yes. By precisely placing filler above and below the hump, Paula can create the optical illusion of a straight nasal profile. This technique — sometimes called a "liquid nose job" — is highly effective for mild to moderate dorsal humps and delivers results that are immediately visible.
When performed by a trained, experienced practitioner, non-surgical rhinoplasty is safe. The nose has a complex vascular structure, so choosing a qualified injector is critical. Paula is fully trained in nasal anatomy and vascular safety protocols, and uses premium, reversible hyaluronic acid filler.
A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand, and many of the fillers used contain a built-in local anaesthetic (lidocaine). Most patients experience only minimal discomfort during the procedure.
Hyaluronic acid filler is fully reversible. If you are not happy with the outcome, Paula can dissolve the filler using hyaluronidase enzyme, restoring your nose to its original appearance. This reversibility is one of the key advantages over surgical rhinoplasty.
