1. Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.

2. Treatment Suitability

All treatments are subject to a consultation and medical assessment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for a client.

3. Results

Results from aesthetic treatments vary between individuals. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Before and after images are provided as examples only.

4. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of treatment. We accept card payments. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. Medical Information

You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications and allergies at the time of consultation. Failure to do so may affect the safety of your treatment.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
