All treatments are performed personally by Paula — our founder, qualified aesthetics specialist and Level 7 practitioner. We do not use associates or trainees for client treatments.

Yes. Paula is a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and holds a Level 7 qualification in aesthetic medicine. The clinic operates to the highest clinical standards and is fully insured.

Absolutely. A full consultation is mandatory before any treatment. We never proceed without a thorough assessment of your health, history and goals. The consultation fee is £30, fully refundable against your first treatment.

You can book via our online booking form, by calling us, or by sending us a message on Instagram or WhatsApp. We will confirm your appointment and send you a pre-consultation questionnaire.

We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.

You must be 18 or over for injectable treatments. For other treatments, parental consent may be required for those under 18. Please contact us to discuss specific requirements.

All treatments include a complimentary 2-week in-person review and direct WhatsApp support from Paula. You will also receive written aftercare instructions tailored to your specific treatment.

This varies by treatment. For most injectable treatments, we recommend avoiding makeup for 4–6 hours post-treatment. Paula will give you specific guidance for your procedure.

Typical post-treatment advice includes avoiding sun exposure, heat (saunas, hot showers), alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours. Specific instructions will be provided at your appointment.
